Our House

This newly built three story, three bedroom house is in a small, private complex just five minutes walk from the centre of Caleta de Fuste. Access is gated and via intercom.

Ground floor
Garage, twin bedroom and en suite shower room. The garage also doubles as a play area should a car not be needed.

First floor
Main entrance level. Living area has double sofa bed, CD Player, Television and DVD player. Cloakroom/WC. Kitchen/dining area. Kitchen is fitted with microwave, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Patio doors leading outside to private garden and communal pool.

Second floor
Double and twin bedrooms, with air conditioning, balconies and fitted wardrobes. Main bathroom (bath and shower), hairdryer.

Outside
Private garden/barbecue area that leads to the large communal pool (1.2m to 1.7m deep).

The house also contains a safe and iron/ironing board.
